No Legal Mandate for Returns: 

• Unlike retail purchases,  law does not require dealerships to offer a return period for used cars. 

• We do not have a legal obligation to accept returns based solely on a change of mind. 

Dealer Discretion: 

• The option to return a car after purchase is at the dealer’s discretion. 

• While it’s not a state or central law, we recognize that unique situations may warrant consideration. 

Exceptions: 

If you encounter persistent issues with the purchased vehicle despite multiple repair attempts, we allow for returning the vehicle

Requirements for Returns: 

• The vehicle must be returned within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by the dealership). 

• The car should be in a similar condition to when it was purchased. 

• All original paperwork must be provided. 

• While we empathize with buyer’s remorse, it’s essential to understand that used cars depreciate significantly once they leave our lot. 

• So we deduct 20% from the purchased amount. subject to return within 7 dayes from the purchased date.

• We encourage thorough research and test drives before making a decision.
